Eggy Hello!

Our family is not super big on Easter but we do like dying eggs and give the kids little goody baskets so that's why there's no super big "Happy Easter" sentiment on this card.  In fact, I don't think I own any Easter sentiments!!  yikes!!

This cutie is 'Easter Garland' from the Easter section of the store. I popped up her eggs on 3D dots and added some baker's twine as her garland string to give her a bit of dimension!

Hope you're having a wonderful week... it's almost the end of the month!  Yay!!

Here Comes Peter Cottontail

Hello everyone, Happy Thursday! Brianna coming to you all with today's post. I missed my last posting date, due to my little peanut being sick :( he still is not better, but hopefully soon. I am making it up to you all today by bringing you a fun little Easter card.
I used the super cute Carting Carrots digital stamp

My paper is from the Happy Easter collection by Echo park.
Sentiment: Scrappy Mom Stamps
Markers: Spectrum Noirs
Tim Holtz: Tumbled Glass distress ink
Doodle Bug Design: Enamel Dots
Orange Twine: Some Odd Girl

I decided to stray away from my usual A2 size cards and went with a square card measuring at 4.5".

Thank you all for stopping by and have a great day

Rain, Rain, Go Away!

Hello there!  Today I'm here to bring you a sweet little card using Rainy Day Abby.  She's located in the What's New section of the shop and she's so cute.  Totally fitting too since it's been raining here in Texas for days now.  I keep reminding myself that we need it and it will make everything pretty once it warms up :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Hope you have a wonderful week!

Chocolate Bunnies

Hi, it's Andrea here, wishing everyone a happy Sunday.
Today I am sharing another Easter card with you!  I seem to be on a roll with them this year and am having lots of fun. The hardest decision I have is deciding which image to use as there are so many fantastic Easter images in the shop.  For this card I chose 'love chocolate bunnies'.  This sweet image is a FREEBIE and can be found here.

I coloured her in with my trusty copics and hand-stitched a border round her and on the background papers.  I also added some burlap and some very cute easter buttons that I have had in my stash for a long time. More information on the supplies I used can be found on my blog.

The theme for our challenge this month is 'spring in your step' so remember to link up all your gorgeous spring and Easter cards.

Thanks for visiting and enjoy the rest of your day.

Bunny's Basket - Some Easter Wishes for You

Hi Friends!  Susie here with bright and happy Easter card.

I used the Whimsie Doodles Bunny's Basket image as the focal point of my card  I think this is the cutest bunny ever!  A real charmer.

I rarely (if ever) use the color purple.  It took me a few tries to get this one right, but I'm glad I kept trying.  She is coming your way to wish you a happy spring and a happy Easter too.

This card is on my blog today and I'd love for you to visit me whenever you can.

Have a wonderful day!!

Bunny Egg

Hi Peeps

Hope you're all well...

Christine here with my DT inspiration card...  I decided that I wanted to see some bright colours as it's been pretty grey lately here in the UK, so I chose to use the lovely Bunny Egg and coloured her up with strong colours...

Some lovely springtime paper helped to make the card vibrant.

Hope you like what I did - the little sentiment was done on the PC to finish the card.

More details are available on my blog HERE.

Thanks for stopping by - have a great day!

Happy St. Paddy's Day!!

Hey everyone!!!  I apologize for the slight delay in posting... I forgot about the time change!!  Here in Hawaii we don't change our clocks so when the rest of the world (with a few exceptions!) springs forward, it just increases our time difference by an hour!!!

Since today's St. Patrick's Day, I just HAD to use this cutie, Lucky Koale (in the People section of the store)!!

Do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day?  I find it as an amazing excuse to wear my favorite color and eat tons and tons of corned beef and cabbage!!  Love it!!

Have a wonderful week!

The Sun Will Come Out...

Hi Whimsie Doodles fans!
Laura here with some Monday inspiration for you!

I have a little bit of a weakness for anything weather themed for my card making, so when Rainy Day Abby was added to the store this month, I couldn't wait to color her up! And something about rainboots and umbrellas always has me reaching for my yellows!

I used some raindrop print paper for the background, and added a couple of layers of scallops cut from vellum to look like clouds. I hid the adhesive for the vellum by tying a ribbon around the top.

That's all I have for you today.
Thanks so much for visiting!
